Understanding Your Feet's Sweat Production: Your feet work harder than you might think when it comes to producing sweat. Each day, the average person's feet release about half a pint of moisture, which equals roughly one cup total for both feet.  This happens because each foot contains approximately 250,000 sweat glands, giving you around 500,000 sweat glands between both feet.
