Turn Purchased Land Into Income With A Ground Lease

Image
Buying land does not always mean building on it yourself. A ground lease allows a landowner to rent the property to another person or company while keeping ownership of the land. The tenant may construct and operate a store, restaurant, warehouse, apartment building, solar farm, parking lot, or other approved project. This arrangement can create long-term income without requiring the owner to manage the tenant’s business.
