Boxing Legend George Foreman Passes Away at 76

George Foreman, the iconic two-time heavyweight boxing champion and entrepreneur, has passed away at the age of 76. His family announced his peaceful departure on March 21, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. 

Foreman's legacy spans decades, marked by his historic boxing career and his successful entrepreneurial ventures, most notably the George Foreman Grill.

Foreman's boxing journey began in the late 1960s and culminated in his first heavyweight title win against Joe Frazier in 1973. 

He famously lost his title to Muhammad Ali in the "Rumble in the Jungle" in 1974. In a remarkable comeback, Foreman regained the championship at 45 by defeating Michael Moorer in 1994.

Beyond boxing, Foreman became a household name with the George Foreman Grill, selling over 100 million units worldwide. 

He was also a devoted preacher and family man, known for his faith and humility. The cause of his death was not disclosed. 

Foreman's family remembered him as a man of purpose, leaving behind a legacy that transcends sports and business.
