One of the most significant sources of worry is things outside of our control. 

Whether it's the weather, global events, or other people's actions, worrying about uncontrollable factors can be a significant drain on our mental and emotional resources.

Focusing on Solutions: Instead of worrying about the problem, focus on finding solutions. What can you do to address the issue?

Practicing Self-Care: Take care of yourself. Engage in activities that bring you joy, practice mindfulness, and prioritize rest and relaxation.

Worrying about things outside of our control is a natural response, but it's not a productive or healthy one. 

Remember, control what you can, and let go of what you can't. Embrace the present, and focus on creating a brighter future.
