You also need to balance talking and listening. Sharing your thoughts matters, but hearing what others have to say builds stronger bonds. Setting boundaries helps too. Saying yes to everything leaves you drained, while saying no to everything pushes people away.

Balance looks different for everyone. What works for your friend might not work for you. Some people need more alone time, while others gain energy from being around people. The key is paying attention to how you feel. 

Notice when you feel stretched too thin or when you feel bored and restless. These feelings guide you toward adjustments that fit your life. Small changes work better than trying to fix everything at once.

Building balance into your life starts with small, honest choices each day. Check in with yourself regularly. Ask what you need more of and what you need less of. Maybe you need more sleep or more time outside.
