There's another issue, I have observed,that may be directly related to the Citi bikes being in densely populated residential communities in NY,taking up parking spaces.What I've noticed is that,emergency vehicles,more specifically, police vehicles,are having to park in bus stops on Junction blvd and 43 ave,in Queens NY, in the 110 pct area.This,along with other vehicles double parking in the street,causes poor traffic flow,because,the buses has to stop in the middle of the street,to pick up, and drop off passengers,which impede the flow of traffic.
